Library Room Reservations: Library Study Rooms

Library Study Rooms
Reserve a study room

Library Study Rooms are located upstairs in the Learning Commons and on the Library's lower level. These rooms can be used for group study, individual use, or tutoring sessions. Each room is unique, offering different technology and seating arrangements. Please read the description of each room for more information. Rooms may be reserved by clicking on the picture to the right --> or by using the QR code posted outside of each room. Students may use unreserved Study Rooms as they are available.

Faculty and Staff may reserve these rooms, but preference is given to students. Library Staff is happy to help Faculty and Staff in making reservations for other Library Rooms.

Room reservation Guidelines:

  • Rooms may be scheduled for use during open building hours.
  • Group Study Rooms can be reserved for a total of three hours per day.
  • Each room schedule can be viewed on the Room Reservation Page.
  • You are welcome to drop in, but if someone else has reserved the room, you may be asked to leave.
  • Your group may exceed the time limit of your reservation as long as no one is waiting for a reservation.
  • If you have any questions or problems, please ask Library Services Staff for assistance.
