Information about the COVID-19 Emergency Laptop Loan Program

SUNY Corning CC recognizes the challenges of remote instruction for students who may have difficulties due to losing access to the campus computer labs. Due to the need for a pool of laptops, the SUNY System Administration helped our campus obtain a limited amount of Dell laptops which are available for loan to current full and part time SUNY Corning CC students who are facing challenges with their technology this semester.

The Arthur A. Houghton, Jr. Library has created an Emergency Laptop Loan Request Form (opens in new window) for students to fill out to request a laptop.  You must be logged into your campus email account to access the form. Your request will be reviewed and if approved, the equipment will be available for pick up at the library upon appointment or, if necessary, sent to the address you provided on the form. Efforts will be made to expedite requests; however, due to high demand and limited availability, the Library cannot guarantee the fulfillment of your request. Important to note: This is a loaner laptop and it must be returned at the end of the semester.
